Every plan includes more monthly answered calls than a shop its size typically sees: 250 on Solo, 500 on Team, 1,000 on Multi-Trade, plus 250 more for each extra location you run. If you go past your included calls, each extra answered call is a flat $1, itemized on your next invoice - and we warn you at 80% and again at 100%, so nothing sneaks up on you. Running over month after month? Upgrading to the next plan is usually cheaper than the overage, and we'll tell you when that's true.
